Meditate, Meditate,

O my dear friend Meditate,

For the time to meditate has come,

Yet again, Through you, for you, with you.

Remove the clouds

And follow the Guru,

And tread on the path shown,

The path of light and freedom that is,

Wherein resides the knowledge divine,

O my Guru, O my God,

Chant this aloud, chant this aloud.

In the depth of truth does the Guru dwell,

Where is seated the ultimate truth,

And here are you,

In this wonderland of opportunity,

That of true sadhana,

That of deep meditation,

Shown to you by the Guru.

Hold the hands of the Guru,

And walk on this path,

Ride the tiger of fearlessness and freedom,

Become the beautiful light that you can be,

In the secret chamber does the Guru reside,

Om.

If you meditate and meditate,

Won't you receive from the Guru,

For as you meditate,

And so does your breath,

As the clouds begin to go,

Do you realise the priceless value,

Of the words of truth,

Then message of truth,

That is coming to you.

May this be your dawn,

O drop of the divine,

Make sure to make the inner sun shine,

Meditate, Meditate O my dear friend,

To dissipate the clouds of ignorance,

And tread towards truth,
