In the silence of the night

Do I speak

O Divine Mother,

Here am I,

Once again offering my devotion

At your lotus feet.

Maa, I am your child,

For once and forever,

You have made me play in your lap,

And write lines,

You have given me the strength and courage to speak,

To be fearless,

You give me the courage to be honest,

To be righteous and selfless,

And yet intelligent and wise,

Mother O Mother.

Maa, you teach us to stand with truth,

You show us the path towards truth,

You are always there,

Maa, you are the true Shakti,

The epic infinite saga of truth and fearlessness,

You are the divine O Mother,

I offer this flower at your lotus feet O Mother,

Mother, Mother.

Maa, You are my Maa,

How long can I hide,

I am your child,

And so is everything,

Even the great rishis and munis,

Composed verses in your glory,

Mother O Mother.

The cosmos shines in your light O Mother,

These stars are like ornaments for you,

Mother, Maa,

You give me the courage and strength,

Desire and will,

And above all the grace and immersion,

To express,

And we all are your child O Mother,

And together,

Yet we fight amongst each other,

As if a play.

But the sun shines within,

The sun of bliss and truth,

It is just a matter of time,

And you guide us continuously O Mother,

You nourish us, sustain us, bless us,

Mother O Mother.

You fill lives

With the rasa of devotion and bliss

And as true selfless love sprouts

From the depths of the core

We experience true grace,

You are the divine O Mother,

And I offer this at your lotus feet,

Mother O Mother.
